Maintance group that company appoint selects from technical personnel is responsible for the whole system maintance , including to repair maintenance and urgent maintenance necessary . If the whole system takes place any breakdown , customer inform group with oral communication , telephone , fax or fill the breakdown notification to adopt the necessary measure.
二．The product maintains plan
Provide 24 hours maintain hot-line for urgent handle, 48 hours finish fixing service.
The spare parts and all of the maintain expenses is free in period.
